Reaching a person carries 36 of the 100 behind admission, more than any other question. Of the seven on the list, seven publish a Ghanaian phone number and two state chat around the clock on their own pages.
Seven bookmakers, and no order between them.
This publication keeps one list. A bookmaker is on it or it is not, and there is no number beside any name, because on seven books that all cleared the same rule a decimal place would be inventing a difference rather than reporting one.
The seven we left off get the same room as the seven we kept. Every refusal has a page naming the clause and the published figure behind it, and not one of them carries a link to the bookmaker.
The rule
One list. Registered with the Gaming Commission of Ghana, and a published cash out figure of 30 minutes or under. Selection is the whole rating, so nothing here is put in an order.
7 of the 14 bookmakers researched for Ghana clear it. The other 7 have their own pages under not on the list.

What the bar actually removed
six bookmakers are licensed, trading and off the list purely on a published figure longer than 30 minutes. The nearest miss is 45 minutes.
Where the money really stops
Not at the bookmaker. A minimum kyc mobile money wallet cannot receive more than GH₵10,000 in a month, and splitting a payout across days does not get round it, because the ceiling is monthly.
What we do not carry
Lotto results. It is the largest thing Ghana searches for in this category and this publication has no feed, so it says so in the first line and sends the reader outward instead of holding them on a stale page.
One thing this list will not do
three of the seven books on this list are credited with round-the-clock chat by third parties, and their own Ghanaian pages either do not say so or contradict themselves about it. The shared record leaves that unanswered, and so does every page here. A support claim copied from an affiliate summary is the cheapest sentence in this industry and it is the one a reader finds out about at the worst possible moment.

- What is Gye Casinos?
- A shortlist of seven bookmakers licensed in Ghana, with nothing beside their names. There is no position, no total and no editor's choice. Being on the list is the entire verdict this publication offers, which is why the rule that produces it is printed above the list rather than in an appendix.
- Why so few bookmakers?
- Because 14 were researched and seven did not clear the rule. A short list with a stated reason is a decision; a short list without one cannot be told apart from a gap in the research. Each refusal has a page giving the clause and the figure.
- Do you time withdrawals yourselves?
- No. Nobody at this desk has timed a cash out, and no page here implies otherwise. Every minute figure is what the operator or its affiliates publish, and where a figure is an editor’s estimate rather than a published one, the row says so.
- Is betting taxed in Ghana?
- Not on your winnings today. A 10 per cent withholding on gross winnings ran from 2023 until it was repealed on 2 April 2025 under Act 1129, so a page covering any period before that date has to say so. The 20 per cent on gaming revenue that remains is an operator obligation and does not come out of a payout.
