Gye Casinos keeps one shortlist of Ghanaian bookmakers. seven are on it, seven are not, and both halves are published.

What this publication does

It applies a two-clause rule to 14 bookmakers researched for Ghana and publishes the result without an order inside it. There is no score on any page, no position and no editor's choice, because seven books that all cleared the same rule do not have a rank order that means anything.

It also publishes every refusal, with the clause and the figure behind it, and links to none of them. That is the part that makes the rule real rather than decorative.

What this publication has not done

It has not opened an account at a Ghanaian bookmaker. It has not deposited money, placed a bet, requested a withdrawal or timed one. It has not queued in a support chat or called a support line.

That is worth stating plainly because the site is built around a cash out figure, and a reader is entitled to know that the figure is a published commitment by the operator rather than a measurement by us. One book on the list is admitted on a figure that is not even published, but an editor's estimate, and it is flagged everywhere it appears.

The network registry describes this masthead's editor as having withdrawn a specific sum from Ghanaian bookmakers this year. That is not true of anybody here and the line is not used. It is mentioned rather than silently dropped, on the same principle as the correction printed on the list itself.

How it is paid

The test of that claim is the refusals section, which has no outbound links in it at all. A publication that refuses to list a bookmaker and then sells the click anyway has refused nothing, whatever it says on its methodology page.

Reaching a person carries 36 of 100, which is heavier than any single question carries on any comparable publication in this market. Who answers is where that weight is spent.

Corrections

Two things on this site are corrections to its own configuration rather than to the market: the admission rule as the network registry words it, which claims a timing this desk has not done, and the editor line described above. Both are printed rather than fixed in silence.

Anything else that is wrong should be, and the fastest way to find it is the sourcing section at the foot of each bookmaker's page, which names the first-party sources and counts the rest.
