Two of these are about the publication rather than the market. They sit in the same run as everything else because a method that is only readable by somebody already looking for it has not been published, it has been filed.

• Nobody here has timed a cash out Where the payout figures come from, what they are worth, and the one on our list that is an editor’s estimate.
• Why there is no number beside a name A total computed over 86 per cent of a model and one computed over all of it are not the same number wearing the same hat.
