Who answers

A welcome offer is a thing you use once. A support channel is a thing you use on the afternoon a withdrawal has been sitting on pending since Friday. In this market the second happens more often than the first, and it is the moment at which a bookmaker either has a person on the other end or does not.

So this publication asks the question in three states rather than two. Published, positively absent, and claimed by somebody who is not the operator. Three of the seven books on the list sit in the third state on live chat, and every table here keeps them there rather than rounding them up.

What the table adds up to

• Seven of the seven publish a Ghanaian phone number.
• Two state live chat around the clock on their own surfaces.
• Three are credited with it by third parties and do not state it first-party.
• Two publish support hours that are explicitly not around the clock, which is more useful than a claim that is.
• One publishes a WhatsApp channel.
• Four carry a note in the shared record about stated hours that contradict themselves or could not be verified.

The failure this weighting is aimed at

Support is the field affiliates copy most freely, because nobody can falsify it from a desk and it makes any bookmaker sound better. A book whose own contact page lists two channels will routinely be described elsewhere as having round-the-clock chat, a hotline and an email desk, and the reader finds out which of those exists at the exact moment they most need it to.

Off the list, the shared research holds two bookmakers for which no player support channel could be read from their own Ghanaian pages at all. That is not the same as having none, and none of those books is refused on that ground. It is recorded because a publication weighting this question at 36 should be able to say where the question could not be answered.

What none of this measures

How long anybody waits, and what they get when the wait ends. Nobody at this desk has queued in one of these chats or called one of these numbers, and no page here says otherwise. What is published is that a channel exists and, sometimes, what hours it keeps. That is a floor, and a floor is worth printing as long as it is not dressed up as a measurement.

The same discipline applies to the cash out figures on the list and to the wallet ceilings on getting paid.
