The country problem
A brand usually has one review profile for its global domain and, sometimes, one for its Ghanaian domain. The global one has thousands of reviews from a dozen markets. The Ghanaian one, where it exists at all, has one review, or two, or none.
So a score quoted for a bookmaker in Ghana is nearly always the global page, and the customers behind it are describing a different product operated by a different company under a different regulator.
The small-sample problem
Where a Ghanaian page does exist it usually carries a handful of reviews, and a score built on two of them carries no information at all. Some review platforms also pull a tiny sample toward their own baseline, which produces a middling-looking number out of two one-star reviews.
A number like that looks exactly like a measurement and is not one, which is the worst combination available.
Why this site prints none
For several brands in this market the honest statement is that no public review score exists, and that is different from saying we could not find one. Both were checked against a control to make sure the platform was reachable at the time.
So no score appears anywhere here, for any bookmaker, on or off the list. The count of figures we checked and left out appears on each bookmaker’s page instead.
